Robin Conners is the Chief Executive Officer of Westwood 360 Partners. With over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, project operations and corporate finance, Robin’s expertise extends to Infrastructure and mixed-use Real Estate with extensive international expertise in the planning, structuring and execution of Sovereign and Public-Private sector strategic project financings. Robin’s transactional experience includes public and private sector Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Institutional Asset Management and Distressed Asset Rescue & Recovery portfolios. Robin was the founder and CEO of Dundee 360 Real Estate Corp., as well as CEO of its wholly owned brokerage division, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. 360 developed a global reputation for executional excellence in large-scale project realization. Robin has extensive experience in the regulated markets sector acting as both Managing Director and Board member of listed companies. Robin held senior positions in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Finance and Aviation with public Companies such as Intrawest Corp, The St Joe Company’s and 360VOX Corp. Robin began his working career in Vancouver, BC, Canada. He graduated from the University of British Columbia where he studied Economics and History. Robin pursued graduate studies at UBC and Simon Fraser University in a joint Masters’ program in Canadian Studies.
Christina Baxter
Vice President, Analytics & Underwriting and Senior Financial Analyst
Christina brings over 15 years of global Real Estate and Infrastructure experience to 360. Christina leads the Corporate Underwriting Team with primary oversight for 360’s projects under development. Her capabilities in engineering combined with her expertise in real estate finance, development, construction and operations are vital in the preparation and interpretation of economic analyses and the precise co-ordination of project development, restructuring and repositioning mandates. Christina’s disciplined approach to financial modelling provides for effective Risk Management in balance with achievable project economics. Her diverse base of experience includes: Large-scale Community/Town Center Planning & Development, Resort and Recreational Developments and Urban Mixed-use Projects. Prior to joining 360, Christina held Senior Analytics and Underwriting positions with Dundee 360 Real Estate Corporation, 360VOX and Intrawest Corporation. Christina graduated as a Dean’s Scholar from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Applied Science - Civil Engineering Degree. She subsequently earned her MBA from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.
Robert Price
Director, Business Development & Board Advisor
As Director, Business Development at Westwood 360 Partners, Robert directly oversees various Project Management and Wellness Development related mandates. This includes direct Project Management engagements within the 360 Group. Robert has a solid base of experience in corporate operations, this includes Stakeholder Management of International events, Development Projects, and strategic Business Development initiatives. Robert has a proven track record in Key Account Management having worked as a Manager with the National Olympic Committee for the Vancouver Winter Games in 2010. His experience with world class resorts, global committees, and Olympic projects coupled with his more recent experience as VP of Business Development provides for comprehensive project planning and execution capabilities. Robert studied history at Dalhousie University and is working towards his PMP Designation.
Marie-Christine Pinard
Vice-President, Development Management
Marie-Christine Pinard brings a range of international real estate and land development experience to her senior role at Pacifica 360, for which she focuses on projects in North America and in Europe. Beginning her career leading the design of large-scale, international projects as an architect in charge of multidisciplinary teams, she later made the transition into real estate development when she joined Intrawest to be involved in North American and European destination resort developments in early 2000. Over the course of her 25-year career, she has honed the ability to transform an architectural vision into real estate sales, and has leaded teams into the conception, development, and realization of entire communities, from early envisioning to hand over to operating entities, including mixed-used communities, transit-oriented developments, prime hotels, spas and other commercial units, and various residential typologies. Marie-Christine is a graduate of the Laval University School of Architecture and is a member of the Ordre des Architectes du Québec (OAQ) since 2003. She also holds an MBA from the HEC Montreal since 2007, and a MSc in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands, 2020.
Steve Blair
Vice President Construction
Steve Blair joins 360 with over forty years of high quality and diversified experience in commercial, retail, residential, institutional and industrial construction sectors. He has worked in the industry across Canada, most recently on a 180 unit condo project on Vancouver Island managing the project for an out of town owner. Steve has built projects, managed projects, and represented owners while working with general construction management firms. He brings a seasoned, practical and problem solving approach to team projects and delivers results in demanding, deadline driven and fast paced environments. Steve has a Civil Engineering degree from Queen’s University (P. Eng.) in Kingston, Ontario.
Devon Skinner
Director, Development
As Director of Development at Westwood 360 Partners, Devon directly oversees various mandates related to project management and development. This includes direct project management commitments within the 360 group. Prior to joining 360 Westwood Partners, Devon worked for 8 years in Calgary as a registered Architect before returning to Victoria in 2018. Since then, Devon has been working in the Capital Regional District of Vancouver Island in architecture and development. He has helped build relationships with various municipalities, develop processes to get work done on time and on budget, and build a reputation for excellence. Devon graduated with honors from the University of Victoria with a BA in Anthropology. He subsequently obtained his Master's in Architecture from the University of Calgary.
Bryce Devereaux
Development Manager
As Development Manager at Westwood 360 Partners, Bryce directly oversees various mandates related to project management and development. This includes assisting the Development Director in the coordination of consultants, project communication, and various applications to ensure that they are accurately completed. Bryce is in charge of tracking budgets and schedules as well as providing periodic reporting. Prior to joining 360 Westwood Partners, Bryce worked in both the private and public sectors of Development. Bryce has worked on urban planning strategies and policies varying in scale, from district to neighbourhood level, for regional and municipal bodies. Most recently, Bryce has been working within the private side of development on both market and non-market development projects. Bryce holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Calgary and previously received a BSc from the University of Victoria where he specialized in geomatics and geography.
Pierre Jean
CTO
Pierre Jean has been a pioneer in numerous technology sectors with major corporate clients such as Hydro Quebec, The National Bank of Canada, Pratt & Whitney, Industrielle-Alliance, Teleglobe, Accor and numerous international pharmaceutical companies. His expertise spans complex interfaced programming platforms to high level security/encryption software solutions, integrated cross platform apps and artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Career highlights include: National bank web/digital and CMS solutions, a Government mandated Medical Prescription System in conjunction with the Quebec Government, Data security, mining and analysis systems for the Pharmaceutical Industry, an Insurance AI App, and aFacial recognition platform for Discovery Corp.
David Palencia
Accounting and Administrative Manager
As Accounting and Administrative Manager for Westwood 360 Partners, David is responsible for Cash Flow Management, current accounting activities for 360 Group, annual budget, corporate proformas and various administrative tasks to insure the company efficiency. With 14 years of experience in accounting, David has a solid experience in accounting. Prior joining 360 group, David dedicated the past 10 years to Transgesco, a subsidiary of the STM. His position position requires active management of administrative and accounting functions across the company's various divisions and the business activities associated with day to day operations. David holds a DEP in accounting from École professionnelle ÉMICA.
